Return & Refund Policy
At Aggarwal Ji Namkeen, we take great pride in the quality and freshness of our namkeens and snacks. Since our products are food items, we follow a strict but fair return policy to ensure hygiene and safety for all our customers.
1.1 Eligibility for Returns
We accept return or replacement requests only under the following conditions:
• The product received is damaged, broken, or tampered with.
• The wrong product was delivered (different item or flavour).
• The product is past its expiry date at the time of delivery.
• The product is missing from the delivered order.
1.2 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:
• Products that have been opened, consumed, or partially used.
• Products returned due to personal taste preferences.
• Products where the packaging seal has been broken by the customer.
• Orders where the return request is raised after 48 hours of delivery.
1.3 How to Initiate a Return
To request a return or replacement, please follow these steps:
1. Step 1: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
2. Step 2: Email us at sales.aggarwalji@gmail.com or call +91 98113 39664 with your order details.
3. Step 3: Share a clear photo/video of the damaged or incorrect product.
4. Step 4: Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.
1.4 Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
• UPI, card, and net banking refunds will be credited automatically.
• In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund at our discretion.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
