Return & Refund Policy

At Aggarwal Ji Namkeen, we take great pride in the quality and freshness of our namkeens and snacks. Since our products are food items, we follow a strict but fair return policy to ensure hygiene and safety for all our customers.

1.1 Eligibility for Returns

We accept return or replacement requests only under the following conditions:

 The product received is damaged, broken, or tampered with.

 The wrong product was delivered (different item or flavour).

 The product is past its expiry date at the time of delivery.

 The product is missing from the delivered order.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

 Products that have been opened, consumed, or partially used.

 Products returned due to personal taste preferences.

 Products where the packaging seal has been broken by the customer.

 Orders where the return request is raised after 48 hours of delivery.

1.3 How to Initiate a Return

To request a return or replacement, please follow these steps:

1. Step 1: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

2. Step 2: Email us at sales.aggarwalji@gmail.com or call +91 98113 39664 with your order details.

3. Step 3: Share a clear photo/video of the damaged or incorrect product.

4. Step 4: Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.

1.4 Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

 Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

 UPI, card, and net banking refunds will be credited automatically.

 In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund at our discretion.

 Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
