• Our physical store is located in West Patel Nagar, New Delhi for walk-in customers.

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

• During festive seasons (Diwali, Holi, etc.), processing may take up to 3–4 business days.

4.3 Delivery Timeline

• Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days across India.

• Metro Cities: Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata — typically 3–5 business days.

• Remote Areas: May take up to 10–12 business days.
